We had a bunch of delicious pork left over from our lettuce wraps earlier in the week and were discussing what to do with it. Allie had the brilliant idea to turn them into potstickers.
The pork recipe we used worked great as filling. We added a bit of chopped green onion for a little something extra. I couldn't find proper potsticker wrappers at the store so we bought some eggroll wrappers and cut them down.
Allie whipped up a tasty sesame soy dipping sauce and we cleaned out our fridge of a bunch of veggies to make a delicious ginger soy veggie stir fry on the side.
I've really been enjoying getting back into cooking with Allie.
