A small win

Another throttle wasn't the only order on Saturday. We received an order for a jewelry tree as well. The first of these I made just over a year ago, I designed and machined it as a gift for Allie for her Birthday. We were a bit strapped at the time, so buying a gift was difficult. But I had a fancy CNC I'd built, some wood, and some free time. It turned out pretty great, and so we decided to offer it on our store for others.

The buyer of this tree wanted to know when we could have it ready, so we committed to ship it this week.

It's not as complicated a project as the throttles, but it felt pretty good to be able to knock it out in a timely fashion. From a couple chunks of walnut and purple heart, to a finished product and boxed. It feels good.
