Taco Tuesday!

Dad made som tacos tonight, and boy were they mean. (Seriously, learn your manners, guys.) I wasn’t sure why, but these tacos really hit the spot.

They tasted amazing. The tortillas were awesome, which was perfect because dad made so many. I think he doubled the batch.

I love having homemade tortillas, because I personally think they’re better than a big batch of tortillas that’s been shitting on a shelf for who knows how long. Plus, I think the tortilla dough is a lot better. I also like the color the tortillas get. Plain tortillas are boring. I like tortillas with some pizzaz.

We have enough toppings for another meal, and I can’t wait for some more delicious tacos!
